Precision Auto Spa LLC ("Precision Auto Spa", "we", "us") is a veteran-owned mobile auto detailing business serving Montgomery County and Bucks County, Pennsylvania. This policy explains what we collect through www.precisionautospallc.net, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Plain version: we collect what we need to answer your booking request and detail your vehicle. We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not trade it.
1. Who we are
Precision Auto Spa LLC is a Pennsylvania limited liability company. We operate as a mobile service, so we come to our customers rather than running a shop that customers visit.

This policy applies to our website and to the messages we exchange with you about a detailing job. It does not apply to any other company's website or to the social media platforms we post on, which run under their own policies.
2. What we collect
Information you give us
When you submit the booking form on our booking page, we ask for:
- Name, so we know who we are speaking with.
- Email address, so we can confirm the request and send your appointment details.
- Phone number, so we can call or text you about scheduling.
- Vehicle, the year, make and model, so we can quote the right service and bring the right products.
- Service requested, from the list on the booking form.
- ZIP code, so we know whether the job falls inside our service area and how far we are traveling.
- Anything else you type in the notes field, which is optional. Please do not put payment card numbers, financial account details or government identification numbers in that box.
You may also give us information by calling, texting, emailing us, or talking to us at the appointment. That includes the service address where we perform the work, access details such as where you park, and payment information handled at the time of service.
Information collected automatically
Like nearly every website, our hosting provider records standard server logs when a page is requested. Those logs can include your IP address, the page requested, the date and time, your browser type and operating system, and the page that referred you. We use them for security and to keep the site running, not to build a profile of you.
We also run Google Analytics, which tells us things like which pages were viewed, roughly where in the world the visit came from, and whether you arrived from a search engine or a link. It is measurement of site usage, not identification of you by name, and we do not combine it with your booking form details. It runs by default. You can switch it off at any time using the cookie banner or the "Cookie settings" link in the footer, and once you do it stops running and its cookies are deleted.
We also store your cookie banner choice in your own browser. Our Cookie Policy lists exactly what is stored and for how long.
What we do not collect
- We do not collect payment card numbers through this website. There is no checkout on this site and the booking form does not accept payment details.
- We do not run advertising trackers or third-party marketing pixels on this site. We run Google Analytics for site measurement only, and you can switch it off. We do not use it to build advertising audiences.
- We do not knowingly collect information from children. See section 10.
3. How we use it
We use the information above to:
- Respond to your booking request or question.
- Quote the job, schedule it, and confirm the appointment.
- Reach you about that appointment, including reminders, running-late notices, weather reschedules and follow-up on the work performed.
- Perform the service and keep a record of what was done to your vehicle, which matters for maintenance plans, paint correction history and ceramic coating care.
- Take payment and keep the business records we are required to keep.
- Ask how the job went, and, if you are happy with it, invite you to leave a review. You are never obligated to.
- Protect the site, for example by using the hidden anti-spam field on the booking form to filter out bot submissions.
- Comply with Pennsylvania and federal law.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not build advertising profiles from it.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we need to run the business, and only with what they need to do their job:
| Who | What they receive | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Postmark | The contents of your booking form submission, including your name, email, phone, vehicle, service, ZIP and notes | Delivers the booking notification to us and the confirmation email back to you |
| Our web host | Standard server log data, and the form submission as it passes through the server | Serves the website and processes the booking form |
| Google Analytics | Pages you viewed, your approximate location derived from your IP address, your browser and device type, and how you arrived at the site. Unless you have opted out, and never your booking form details | Tells us which pages and services people actually read, so we can improve the site |
| Google Maps | Your IP address and browser information, only if you open a page that shows an embedded service-area map | Displays the map of the area we cover |
| Our email and phone providers | The messages and calls we exchange with you | Lets us actually talk to you |
| Accountant, bookkeeper, insurer, attorney | Transaction and job records, as needed | Bookkeeping, tax filing, insurance and legal advice |
We will also disclose information when the law requires it, such as in response to a valid subpoena, court order or lawful request from a government agency, and when we need to establish or defend a legal claim, investigate fraud, or protect the safety of any person.
If the business is ever sold or merged, customer records may transfer as part of that transaction. The information would remain subject to this policy unless you are told otherwise.
5. Calls, texts and email
When you give us your phone number on the booking form, you are asking us to get back to you, and you agree that we may call or text you about that request and the appointment that follows from it. These are service messages: quotes, confirmations, reminders, arrival windows, weather reschedules and follow-up on the work.
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
- Message frequency varies and depends on your appointment.
- To stop text messages, reply STOP to any text from us, or tell us by phone or email. We will still be able to reach you by email or phone about a scheduled appointment.
- Reply HELP for help, or contact us at precautospa@gmail.com or 267-640-6627.
We do not send recurring promotional or marketing text messages, and we do not add you to a marketing text list from the booking form. If we ever start a promotional text program, it will be a separate opt-in that you actively choose.
For email, the confirmation you receive after submitting the booking form is a transactional message about your request. If we later send an occasional email about a promotion, every one of those messages will carry an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing will not affect emails about a job you have booked. We do not share your email address with other businesses for their marketing.
6. Cookies and site analytics
We use a small number of cookies and similar browser storage. The site runs Google Analytics 4 for site measurement and no advertising trackers. Analytics is on by default, including before you answer the banner. Clicking "Opt out" switches it off, deletes its cookies and keeps it off on future visits. We do not sell or share what it collects.
The full list, including what the banner stores and how to change your answer at any time, is in our Cookie Policy. You can reopen the banner with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of any page.
7. How long we keep it
- Booking requests that never became a job: generally up to 24 months, so we recognize you if you come back, then deleted.
- Customer and job records, including what service was performed on which vehicle: for as long as you are a customer and then generally 7 years, which matches how long we keep financial and tax records under federal and Pennsylvania requirements.
- Email correspondence: generally up to 24 months unless it relates to an ongoing matter.
- Server logs: kept for a short period by our host, typically weeks rather than years.
- Your cookie banner choice: 180 days in your own browser, or until you clear your browser storage.
We may keep information longer where we need it to resolve a dispute, enforce our agreements, honor a coating or service warranty, or comply with the law.
8. Your choices and requests
Pennsylvania has not enacted a comprehensive consumer data privacy statute, so most of what follows is our own policy rather than a statutory right. We honor these requests from anyone, regardless of where you live:
- Ask what we have. We will tell you what information about you we hold.
- Correct it. If something is wrong, tell us and we will fix it.
- Delete it. We will delete what we are not required to keep for tax, accounting, warranty or legal reasons, and we will tell you what we had to keep and why.
- Stop the messages. Ask us to stop texting, calling or emailing you about anything other than a job already on the books.
- Withdraw cookie consent. Use the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of any page.
Email precautospa@gmail.com with "Privacy request" in the subject line. We aim to respond within 30 days. We may need to confirm your identity before we release or delete records, which usually just means replying from the email address or phone number already on the request.
Do Not Track. Browsers send Do Not Track signals inconsistently and there is no agreed standard for honoring them, so we do not respond to them. Our cookie banner is the control that actually governs what runs on this site.
9. How we protect it
The site is served over HTTPS, so what you type into the booking form is encrypted in transit. The credentials used to send email through our provider are stored server-side and are never exposed to your browser. Access to booking records is limited to the people who need it to run the business.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach of your unencrypted personal information occurs, we will notify you as required by Pennsylvania's Breach of Personal Information Notification Act.
10. Children
This site is intended for adults who can enter into a contract for vehicle services. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, email precautospa@gmail.com and we will delete it.
11. Links to other sites
Our site links out to platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and our Google Business Profile, and our service-area pages embed a Google map. Once you follow a link or interact with an embed, that company's own privacy policy governs what it collects. We do not control those companies and we are not responsible for their practices.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the business changes or as the law does. The effective date at the top always reflects the current version. If a change materially affects how we handle your information, we will make that clear on this page, and where appropriate we will ask for your cookie consent again.
